One to one or private training is the premium service that I offer. Every minute of your session is maximised to help you achieve everything you have set out to do. Using simple, scientific programming, my aim is to make your training consistent, enjoyable and worry-free.
This is one of my most popular services. Get the benefits of personal training but at a fraction of the price! Groups are limited to three people. They can either be for you and a friend or two or you can declare your interest and I can advertise for another person.
The other option is group fitness training. If you have a group of between 4-8 friends that would like to train together then this is the best option for you. The sessions are a mixture of strength, cardio, mobility and flexibility exercises. They don’t follow a programme but are fun and you’ll be part of a small community.
