Small group training is an excellent option for several reasons. You get many of the benefits of personal training but at a fraction of the cost. Groups are kept to a maximum of four and you can either join an existing group (if there’s space) or set one up with a group of friends.
The sessions are 45mins long and include a mixture of strength, cardio, mobility and flexibility exercises.
I also run outdoor fitness sessions on Monday and Saturday morning in Exminster. These are for larger groups and we use a range of equipment, exercises and fitness techniques. Both classes start at 0815 and run for 45mins.
