Team Performance Training
Performance Training is great for teams in all sports. Increase strength, prevent injuries, improve performance and bond as a team. From netball to rugby, football to hockey.
There is a maximum of four per group and larger teams can be split in to two or more groups.
Block of four sessions – £140
Individual Session – £40
£60 per session split between you. Max of 8 people.
