Team Performance Training
Performance Training is great for teams in all sports. Increase strength, prevent injuries, improve performance and bond as a team. There is a maximum of eight per group. Larger teams can be split in to two groups.
Running is more popular than ever. Increasing strength and efficiency is important whether you’re a seasoned athlete or if you just want to get through your first 10k! My proven formula will increase strength and make you a more efficient runner. This means decreasing times and make running more enjoyable!
